Our mission is to support the economic sustainability of marginalized small businesses by providing technical assistance and capacity building services to government, Community Based Organizations, Small Businesses, and marginalized Executive Leaders.

Our Objectives
Provide organizational infrastructure development services to marginalized businesses including information to help navigate the business registration process, strategic partnership planning, develop their Compass (mission/ vision/ values/ objectives), and other key back office documents.
Provide operational planning services to marginalized businesses in establishing operational plans, organization charts, polices and procedures, curriculum development, and auditing and monitoring controls.
Provide executive leadership coaching services in group and individual settings to organizational leaders and their management team members to help them access and leverage their knowledge, skills, and tools to sustain and scale the company.
Foster opportunities to build community between marginalized entrepreneurs to develop a network, support system, and build social capacity in developing black economics.
