The Organization

FEP is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a growing team of results-driven, accomplished professionals committed to investing in marginalized people and communities by connecting them to resources and serving as a conduit for information.

Our leadership team consists of local, national, international capacity builders with a combined total of 70 years of experience servicing the private and non-profit sectors in the community/ economic development, technology, housing & finance, utilities, and municipalities.

Using our various equity lenses and toolbox of restorative practice methodologies, we work with and for marginalized San Franciscans to remove barriers in accessing these resources by analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational and public policies, procedures, and initiatives.
